Pathfinder – No Fee or Lower Rate Elevation – Split Fee

Three Point Capital offers an innovative approach to mortgage financing with our Pathfinder and Elevation lending programs.

Designed with flexibility and customization in mind, Pathfinder empowers mortgage brokers and their clients to tailor both the rate and fee according to the unique needs of each borrower. Elevation provides brokers with the opportunity to choose a rate with a 3% fee, that is split as a 50% Lender Fee & 50% Brokerage Finder’s Fee.
