Tanya Rousseau

Tanya joined Three Point Capital in 2011 as an internal legal assistant, bringing with her a strong background in real estate conveyancing. Beginning her career in conveyancing, she developed a thorough understanding of real estate transactions and the lending process before transitioning into mortgage underwriting. In her current role as Manager, Underwriting, Tanya supports broker partners with efficient, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented service. Tanya is a licensed Mortgage Broker in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new places with her husband.
