Ryan is the President & CEO of ThreePoint Capital Corp. and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of Calgary followed by completing the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute, the Mortgage Brokerage course from Sauder School of Business at UBC and the Exempt Market Products course from the IFSE Institute .

Ryan has over 25 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending and private capital markets and was formerly the President of a national private capital investment firm in Toronto.  Ryan currently sits on the Board of Directors of the B.C. MIC Managers Association (BCMMA), serving as President as well as the Boad of Directors of the Canadian Alternative Mortgage Lenders Association (CAMLA) as Treasurer.

Ryan is also the Ultimate Designated Person (UDP) and Dealing Representative (DR) for Three Point Capital Wealth Management Inc
