Bringing over 23 years of specialized private lending experience—alongside a foundational background across the Alberta Credit Union system—Monica joins Three Point Capital as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter with a wealth of industry knowledge. She holds an undergraduate degree from UBCO and is licensed in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as holding a Level 2 agent license in Ontario.

Known for a practical, collaborative approach, Monica excels at structuring complex deals and delivering fast, reliable underwriting solutions for broker partners across multiple markets.

Outside of work, she embraces an active Okanagan lifestyle, whether navigating the local waters, golfing local courses or mastering new culinary creations in the kitchen with her daughters!
