Don Crompton, along with co-founder Rae Meier, founded Paradigm Mortgage Investment Corporation in 1994. The performing assets of Paradigm Mortgage were purchased by Three Point Capital in 2017, with Don appointed as the Chairman of the Board. Don has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics and is the former President of Carruthers & Meikle real estate brokerage firm (1972-2003) and the former National Director for Young Life of Canada (2003-2012). Don is also the Past Chair of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia as well as Past Chair of the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Corporation.
