Brad is the Chief Credit Officer of ThreePoint Capital, bringing with him over 32 years of industry experience in real estate, mortgage lending & commercial lending. He made the move to private lending in 2009 following a 19-year career with TD Bank Commercial Banking, and is a licensed mortgage broker in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
